As an Advanced System Analyst, you will be responsible for system management activities of around 10 systems used by the US in their submissions to the FDA. These activities would include the regular operation maintenance, incident problem management, change, release management in close collaboration with our vendors. You would also need to maintain the systems in compliance with internal and external requirements and have the necessary documentation in place for the systems. You would also work closely with stakeholders from Line of Business and the IT organization in the US so certain degree of flexibility with work timings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree (Software Engineering, Computer Science)

• 4+ years in IT with a minimum of 2+ years working with System Management

• Minimum of 2 years working with the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong compliance understanding and GxP background

• Experience working with the US Region is good to have

• Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and external parties

• Agile System Management experience is good to have

• Excellent communication skills – written and oral in English

• Highly focused with a quality mindset and strong commitment

• Demonstrate proactiveness and ownership

• Be self-motivated and have a strong desire to understand the business
