JD Manager – Business Analyst

Reporting To Business Head
Key Responsibilities:

Sub Responsibilities Sales

1. Scouting of new clients for maximizing Top line & Bottom line by selling DeOiled Rice Bran, Cotton DOC, Soya DOC, Cotton Hulls, Lint and other By products of Solvent Extraction business.
2. Manage Customer relationship and Key Accounts for cross selling of products.

Sub Responsibilities Procurement

1. Assist procurement team in tracking Daily commodity prices (Rice Bran, Cotton Seed, Soybean & Oil).
2. Assist procurement team in buying various commodities through Auction & Reverse Auction process.

Sub Responsibilities Data Analysis/ Operations/ Finance

1. Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPI recording & monitoring.Create performance dashboard of Business & Operations.
2. Assist & work closely with Business Head for formulating budgets, strategies and contributing towards smooth operations for optimizing risk.
3. Use Technology platforms like Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau/ Power BI etc. for reporting and analysis.
4. Delivering decision making dashboard to executives to make strategic decisions.
5. Ensuring data accuracy and delivery of KPIs (efficiency, quality, utilization, timeliness improvement) and higher maturity at tactical, & operational & strategic level.
6. Preparing MIS reports to the top management for gauging the Business Performance daily & weekly.
7. Prepare ROI & financial working for Capex projects.
8. Ensuring progress on CAPEX, process improvement initiatives & report to the senior management on a weekly basis.
9. Driving key initiatives of operations, productivity & work as a key enabler to the ground team for delivering identified business initiatives outcome.
