Responsibilities include:

• Support current Hyperion Planning/Essbase users within Wellbore Technologies thru analysis, communication, and monthly reporting guidance.
• Coordinate, distribute, and collate the monthly flash and forecasting templates submitted to and received from the business units.
• Coordinate, distribute, and collate the AOP templates from Corp that are submitted to and received from the business units.
• Prepare and submit monthly corporate reports with variance analysis to budget and forecast.
• Provide general reporting, analysis, and guidance using information derived from Hyperion Planning, SQL tables and PowerBI to various stakeholders.
• Provide other general support to the financial planning teams, segment executives, and the Senior Manager thru reports or queries utilizing Hyperion Smartview and PowerBI.
• Provide basic technical support on Hyperion Planning, PowerBI, and other applications as well as provide basic training/guidance to end users on these tools.
• Monthly updates to SQL tables using Access.
• Create PowerBI analytical reports using PowerBI desktop.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS. MBA or CPA a plus.
• Minimum 4 years experience.
• Basic and proficient understanding of MS Access and Excel.
• Excellent process and analytical skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to execute special projects and strategic initiatives while being self-sufficient.
• Systems aptitude and proficiency as well as ability to quickly learn ERP systems and analytical software, as needed. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning and Essbase a plus.
