NotaryLive is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial and Data Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will assist with financial analysis, data management, and reporting tasks, playing a crucial role in supporting our business operations and strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data.
- Assist in maintaining databases and data systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key financial and business metrics.
- Financial Analysis:
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis on financial data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and insights.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for reporting purposes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.
- Support Functions:
- Assist in the reconciliation of financial accounts and transactions.
- Help with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Internship or coursework experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
