The ideal candidate:

• Implement machine learning and artificial intelligence to automate experiments

• Solve mathematical problems with data and perform statistical analysis to create predictive models

• Work cross functionally with engineering, product and marketing

• Business savvy and be able to translate technical specifications to actionable insights

• Take on strategic growth initiatives and identify emergent app marketplace trends

• Self starter who takes ownership and can lead a team of data analysts

• Critical thinker and a good communicator who is receptive to constructive feedback

• Able to work with in an innovative and fast paced environment with minimal guidance

• Previous experience working in small teams or a startup environment

• Report to the CTO

• Bachelor s, Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or other quantitative fields

• 3-10+ years of experience

Technical skillset:

• Proficient in R, SAS, SQL, Python and MatLab

• Frameworks: Jupyter Notebook, TensorFlow, SciKit and PyTorch

• End to end experience with data querying and aggregation and visualisation
