Job description
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct anti phishing review on web-based forms
- Maintain minimum response time
- Ensure and take ownership of timely and high-quality deliverable for clients
- Create and maintain documentation on the various processes
Core responsibilities:
- Understanding of phishing
- Attention to detail
- MIS Reporting
- Generate the Report for client
- Ensure good client coordination.
Candidate must be flexible with Night Shifts
Candidate may require to work during weekends (SAT-SUN), can take week off during weekdays
Also note candidates will be required to work in shifts. Any non-standard shift will be WFH.
