Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• 4 years of experience in an Analyst
• Experience with Microsoft SQL and analytical tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) in a professional environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Any certifications in Power BI or Data Analytical tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (advanced features), Word, Outlook, Power Point, Teams, Share Point
• Evaluate the effectiveness and capability of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Transforming data into a new format to make it more appropriate for analysis using SQL and Power BI.
• Develop algorithms and models to mine large data sets.
• Use statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable results.
• Conduct complex analysis of business performance, interpret the results, and summarize opportunities for improvement.
• Create insightful reports to monitor and highlight contributing factors to financial and operational variances.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute ongoing reports for use by key stakeholders (thoroughly documenting specifications, instructions, and/or flowcharts)
