Your role as our Senior Research Analyst
As a Senior Research Analyst with Nepa Indias client servicing and sales team your role will involve a complete end-to-end project management. You will be responsible for entire project life cycle in primary market research space. In this role, you will apply and develop your data analysis skills across different projects and industries, using a wide range of analytics techniques and tools.
You will be working closely together with our account managers and operations support team answering clients business questions at the highest standards as well as contributing to the development of Nepa’s products and solutions.
Your profile as our Senior Research Analyst
We are looking for an individual who is structured, self-motivated and more importantly fluid – someone who’s willing to unlearn and learn.
You need to have an experience of at least 2-3 years of working with and analyzing large data sets. Additionally, if you’re someone who’s passionate about client handling and management or have prior client servicing experience, it would be an added advantage.
A regular day for you would involve you being on top of things for the on-going projects for accounts that you are responsible for. This will need you to collaborate and closely work with operation support team to ensure that the project is executed as per the plan by helping/guiding them. Your core responsibility will also include forming a complete analysis road map, working with large data sets and putting together comprehensive research reports.

– Experience & Passion for Media & Digital would be an added advantage.
– Fluent in English, both written and verbal
– Worked with large data sets and comfortable with learning new tech tools easily.
– Good knowledge in Excel, SPSS, R or other statistical tools.
– Experience using ‘Q’ and ConfirmIT – as a plus point’.Text]
