Job Location: Chennai (WFH during Covid)

We are on the lookout for Business Analysts to join the team and extend their expertise.

A typical day might include:

1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
2. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
3. Performing requirements analysis.
4. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
5. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
6. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
7. Performing user acceptance testing.
8. Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
9. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
10. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

This Job might be a fit for you if you have:

1. A bachelors degree in a related field/ MBA.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
3. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
4. The ability to work with and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
5. Excellent documentation skills.
6. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
7. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams and supporting successful projects.
8. Experience in Energy & Utilities Trading
