JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Support sales and operation planning process for a given scope to ensure alignment of functions and Top Management in delivery of mid to long-term business targets and improved customer satisfaction / Support all data management for Operations JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The S&OP data analyst shall understand and manipulate important volume of data used in S&OP process on worldwide (volumes
per month, per country, per carline, per trim in demand and supply with alternative scenarios) in order to Structure the data for easy usage by the stakeholders (synthesis and deep dive)
Aid in the design, development, and implementation of S&OP tools Propose statistical models and algorithms to improve the S&OP forecasts, alternative scenarios and reconciliation between demand
and supply Prepare and support the monthly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders. Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales and Marketing management for use
in demand review and S&OP meetings. Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics. Support Flowsheet Optimization Process to mitigate cost and maximize service Develop Capacity simulation process to run sensitivities analysis, like production line swaps, de-bottleneck of production capacity
constraints, optimum set of shifts per site, etc Continuous dialogue with procurement and operation team for maintaining inventory levels for catering to orders. Supporting HTS Industrial BA teams in their needs of G-Suite tools / reporting (G-Sheets, Data Studio)
JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required. 5+ years related experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Characteristics
Understand programming languages (Python, R,) & Data Visualisation tools (Power BI,) Databases management.
