Job Location: Mumbai
The Backend Developer role involves owning the end-to-end development of products and product features in various capacities. This includes:
- Architecting — Will be involved in the Product development road map, provisioning of development infrastructure, engaging with development team members and scheduling and all things related to a swift product development journey.
- Implementation— Should be able to highly proficient in Web application development atleast in one of the languages Python, PHP, JS. Design and adhere to common principles and best practices for coding. Author documentation about that code for various consumers including fellow team members, business.
- Orchestration and integration— Interact with the Devops and other stake holders for integrating your work into the ecosystem, help others in building over the base that you provide, help in orchestrating your work into CI/CD, testing, QA and automation pipelines.
- Mentorship— We expect someone with experience here. Should not get caught up only in Coding and explore facets of team building and mentoring. To enable this you’ll be required to mentor others by sharing your expertise in various forums within the company. Identify gaps and talents for grooming within the team.
- Product Focus— Everything that matters in this company is innovative products, disruptive designs and re-imagining processes. Hence it is required that people who are part of a cohesive team think likewise with Product centric approach. You will be required to share your inputs
What you will do:
- Lead Application Development with end-to-end responsibilities including API integrations and Data architecting.
- Handle complex projects largely involving logical and algorithm-based application development.
- Self-starter and Problem solver, should have capability to take project development ownership and manage team.
- Day to day handling of a diverse team of High engineers with Backend and Frontend development skills
- Estimate, plan, allocate work within team members, constantly review the progress and report on progress to leadership

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
