1-3 years experience as MIS / WFM TL on paper from BPO industry
6 days working days (Day shift)
Roles and Responsibilities
– Manage, Generate, Track and Publish multiple reports according to the requirements
– Possess strong technical skills including Excel, Word, MS Applications including MS Access, SQL, VB, and so on
– Minimum 1-3 years of MIS experience.
– Good Team handling
– The Team Lead MIS is responsible Generating Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports.
– Required to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports.
– Generating Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports
– Develop and execute data-based experiments to increase efficiency of decision making based
– Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formula, Macros, VB and other techniques.
– Work on Advance Excel/VBA, PPT, and MySQL, manage tasks and execution plans, team
– Candidate should possess good knowledge and hands on experience on advance Excel/VBA,
– Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data
– Updating various informative Dashboards on daily and weekly basis
