YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Should have 6-8 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries and frameworks like Scikit-learn, H2O or Spark ML, NumPy, Pandas etc.
• Develop and improve predictive models to optimize the user experience and operational efficiency
• Experience in machine learning, supervised and unsupervised: Time-series, Classification, Decision Trees, Random Forest
• Sentiment analysis and data / text mining using NLP and services like Amazon Comprehend and opensource libraries like scatter text, spaCy etc.
• Must understand API integration using Python for extracting data from different sources
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and other relational databases
• Professional experience in building robust data pipelines using ETL tools is must (e.g., Alteryx, Talend etc.)
• Experience in data visualization using Tableau and Python libraries like Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib
• Knowledge of DataRobot, Azure or AWS AI/ML will be a plus
• Experience in business intelligence architecture and should have worked upon data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik etc. with understanding of end-to-end BI technical architecture
• Strong analytics concepts and have applied the same in past projects (example: data correlation, pareto, market-basket analysis, forecasting, creating complex visuals like sunburst, multi-layered maps, usage of tableau extensions etc.)
• Strong understanding of Tableaus new features, LOD functions, data blending, logical/physical joins, row level security, Windows calculations with usage of Tableau extensions

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Should have 8+ years of relevant work experience in Data & Analytics
• Define architecture and design for the development, evolution, and transformation of our data foundations
• Design databases, architectures, data pipelines e.g., extract-transfer-load (ETL) processes and facilitate customized (statistical) analyses
• Creating data models and pipelines supporting BI, client reporting and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning projects
• Professional experience and can provide guidance in building robust data pipelines using ETL tools is must (e.g., Alteryx, Talend etc.) and certification would be a plus
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
• Experience working on with cloud warehouses like: Snowflake and other relational databases like SQL, etc.
• Understanding of analytic Cloud modernized data architecture and data modeling concepts and principles, including Cloud data lakes, warehouses, and marts,
• Understanding of dimensional modeling, star schemas, real-time and batch ETL/ELT
• Prior experience in Azure and AWS cloud environments building data pipelines
• Demonstrated experience with Analytics implementations and/or data and reporting projects
• Experience in extracting data using REST APIs and from different sources
• Experience working across squads in an Agile model
