Job Location: Dallas, TX
Business Strategy Analyst is empowered to work directly with the Strategy Director, Executive Leadership Team, and the wider business to support the execution of the Reece USA business strategy so we can deliver clean air and water to communities we serve.
What you will do:
The Business Strategy Analyst role own performance of a variety of strategic initiatives, including developing and tracking KPI’s, working with IT to ensure governance of KPI data, sales analytics and performance, partnering cross-functionally with the Transformation team on process improvement. This is a broad role with ability to see projects through end to end.
What you need to succeed?
Degree or certification in related areas additional experience in lieu of degree.
1+ years prior related experience:
Presenting to business, especially leadership or others including
Appropriate education in data and associated technology combined with branch experience may be considered in lieu of some aspects.
Using analytics of large data and manipulating data to address business issues
Synthesizing the data and storytelling for decision making
Advanced Excel user with some Power BI and/or Tableau exposure.
