Wealth Management Technology is responsible for the design, development, delivery, and support of the technical solutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Business. Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team.
Understand business processes, a bigger picture and core ideas behind the developed software.Conduct data model, architecture, and integration design review sessions. Support business analysts and developers with data subject expertise, query building and optimizationEducate and evangelize application teams of the best practices on query building and optimization, data modelling and designDevelop a thorough understanding of the data definitions, domain values, data relationships, business rules, sources, and data integration for each subject areaSelecting features, building, and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniquesEnhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systemsProcessing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear mannerRun projects in Agile way. Actively contribute and participate in daily stand-ups, and Agile Sprint planning and grooming sessions.
