Institutional Securities Technology (IST) develops and oversees the overall technology strategy and bespoke technology solutions to drive and enable the institutional businesses and enterprise-wide functions. IST’s ‘clients’ include Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Investment Banking, Research, Prime Brokerage and Global Capital Markets.

Client Financing provides liquidity in various fixed income financing markets, including sovereign bonds, corporate bonds, and securitized products for both the Firm?s key clients and internal trading desks. Skillsets
Strong team management skills with ability to lead and deliver on multiple initiatives.
5-7 years experience in designing, developing and supporting high volume, low latency enterprise level systems using Java / Spring / microservices. Python skills will be a plus.
Ability to analyze, debug and understand complex legacy code and project structures and the ability to upgrade those projects to modern build systems and libraries.
Strong Communication, attention-to-detail, time management & ownership skills with exposure to working in a fast-paced, dynamic global setup.
Experience in the financial domain is desirable.
