The Process Optimization is a team within Transformation focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of key firm processes by bringing together process reengineering, automation and other capabilities to support making the firm a more digital and streamlined organization.

This is a newly created team; therefore, you will have the opportunity to be a part of forming the initial program strategy and defining how the team will operate to have the greatest impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Build out foundational program needs such as playbooks, tools and templates and maintain a central repository for knowledge sharing among initiatives (best practices on artefacts, toolkit, how to guides)

• Support overall goal to optimize and modernize key processes within the firm

• Partner with a variety of internal stakeholders to communicate program strategy, coordinate deliverables, track, and report on progress

• Work in partnership with technology and business teams to understand existing processes and develop appropriate solutions, keeping in mind any dependencies and end to end process impacts

• Help define and track success metrics and oversee ongoing and ad-hoc data reporting requests

• Provide facilitation and consulting support for process teams to drive efficiency goals (immersion sessions, value stream mapping, solution workshops)

• Consolidate program value impact and model financial implications liaising with Finance

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of experience in Financial Services particularly with technology, or operations experience

• General knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Value Stream Mapping) and or exposure to process management and automation tooling (Celonis, UiPath)

• Strong executive presence able to interact with a wide range of senior stakeholders across the firm

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization

• Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple stakeholder groups (including end users) to enable decision making (background in program management a plus)

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to assist with data analysis and building presentations for senior management
