The Role / Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director-Senior Product Analyst will play an important role within the Customer Experience
& Innovation team to design, develop, and deliver high end technology solutions to enhance
Moody’s Analytics Digital Engagement with customers.
The role is responsible for enhancing Moody’s Analytics digital engagement for touch points related to Product Knowledge Hub, Case Management and other forms of transverse Customer-facing content delivery.

As part of a small team, you will drive all aspects of recommending and testing new approaches to broaden, enhance, and modernize Moody’s Analytics digital engagement.

You will work in close partnership with Customer Success, Sales/Client Service, Business Systems, Customer Experience & Innovation and others

Functional Responsibilities:

Defines digital engagement tools, features, and processes
Writes product specifications and user stories
Conducts feature and theme based market research with clients
Works with Engineering/Business Systems to develop the product with limited supervision.

Qualifications:

Typically requires at least 4 years of Product Analyst experience in the software industry and/or Customer Success/Client Service/Innovation
Demonstrated experience of customer-centric accomplishments.
Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team and influence decisions.
Ability to support clients and customer success on a set of features or solutions. Supports the product manager.
Bachelors required, Master degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field preferred.
This position requires the individual to be available to provide periodic evening and weekend on call support in line with business needs
