Our client, a forward thinking, dynamic law firm specialising in Litigation are seeking a Business Analyst to support their growing business. The successful candidate will be reporting on business performance at a financial/commercial level and provide strategic decisions required to optimise the return to shareholders.

Your day-to-day activities will include

• Rebuild MI dashboards and create an easy-to-use MI suite that allows senior management to identify the productivity and profitability of the business and measure variances

• Ability to create, manage and interpret the MI dashboards in the context of the Commercial and Financial performance of the business.

• Identifying the key metrics to be monitored and creating reports/dashboards that facilitate management of the key metrics

• Undertaking analysis of the key metrics vis- -vis the commercial terms to identify key actions required to optimise the profitability of the project

• Work with the stakeholders to assess the impact of potential decisions/changes in strategy by modelling impacts

What knowledge, skills experience we need

• Proven Business Analyst experience in a similar role is essential

• Experience working in fast-paced and demanding environments

• Proven ability to apply process improvement methodology

• Experienced in using Microsoft Office Project to construct project plans

• Experienced in putting together detailed project plans

• Hands-on flexible approach to emerging requirements ( Can-do attitude)

• Pragmatic approach to delivery

• Strong documentation ability allied to excellent written and verbal communication skills
