Job Description – Python SME
- Should be able to provide content for Python courses
- Modeling and formatting content into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions
- Researching and studying the subject and context to inform content
- Writing, curating, and editing content for accuracy, clarity, and usability
- Simplifying complex content for users
- Developing curriculum and TOC
- Developing content for ILT and WBT
- Developing question bank
- Developing coding questions
- Reviewing technical content
Desired Skills
- Experience in Python Programming
- Coding skills in Python Programming
- Good understanding of Functional Programming in Python
- Must have a strong grasp of object-oriented programming constructs
- Should know concepts of multithread programming and its relevance in Python
- Understanding, analyzing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components
- Integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
- Developing – Backend components to enhance performance and receptiveness, server-side logic, and platform, statistical learning models, highly responsive web applications
- Designing and implementing – High availability and low latency applications, data protection and security features
- Performance tuning and automation of application
- Testing and debugging software applications with Python test framework tools like Behave, Pytest, PyUnit, etc.
- Working with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
- Creating predictive models for AI and ML-based features
- Fine-tune and develop AI/ML-based algorithms based on results
- The candidate will also demonstrate an ability to self-learn as and when required to keep up with the fast-changing technology industry
- Excellent writing skills with strong research skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
- Able to be agile with dynamic schedules and priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming.
- 5+ years of industrial/training experience
