Responsibilities and Tasks

• Maintain knowledge of Reliability physics, Device characteristics and Probe testing
• Understand latest process technology, various testing methodologies
• Stay up-to-date on common customer applications and issues
• Be able to extract various REL/Test data from various process steps, technology and sites, integrate, automate and analyze the data to derive important trends, performance, drift etc and drive for necessary actions.
• Provide recommendations to enhance data readability through but not limited to Tableau, JMP, SQL, Python etc. Communicate trend, data reporting, important deviation to various departments and drive for further CIP.
• Partnering with FE sites, PE, QRA and other functions to drive for metrics and/or process improvement
• Demonstrated high-level analytical problem-solving skills, time management, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Develop and maintain WLR Dashboard for process and product reliability
