What Role Offers:
Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. Partners with all the teams forming part of P2P cycle and ensure highest accuracy rate of accounting and timeliness of payment.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing, Invoice discrepancy follow up, Expense processing
Vendor Creation, modification
Reconciliation and journal postings
Automated and Manual payment processing and monitoring- Training other members of the team & Process stabilization
- Drive process improvements
Bank Reconciliation open item clearance
Purchase Order Creation
Query management & escalation management- Capture any process deviation and document the standard process in line with the controls
Maintain TAT and Accuracy consistently- MIS (Reporting)
Education and Experience Required:
- Graduate in Commerce minimum
- 6 – 8 years of Experience with minimum 2+ Years of experience in Finance process will be preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic understanding of accounting processes
- Basic analytical skills
- Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
