• Collecting and organizing information from various sources like client data and settlement history

• Identifying and solving problems in various fields or specialized areas within the database and reports

• Examine the data to figure out what is important to the problem and which methods are best to analyze it

• Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to case problems

• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the firm

• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems
