Position Summary
- This position is located within the Analytics and Business Intelligence group, which provides actionable and advanced reporting BI reporting solutions to support MetLife Business operations and strategy.
- The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the projects in traditional BI tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Experience in ITSM ServiceNow reporting
- Ability to work ServiceNow Performance Analytics development
- Perform BAU activities for ITSM reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Understand and analyze Business requirements accurately and provide optimum solution to meet functional and performance requirement
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
- Bachelor s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education
Experience
- Total experience of 3-5 years
Knowledge and Skills
- Hands on experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics development
- ITSM ServiceNow reporting
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Self-disciplined and results oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of management, including translating complex ideas and data into actionable steps for business units
