Job Description

Responsible for business process documentation & design processes for Cloud Operations. The role will involve liaison with other functional and business professionals across the TechM community.

Key tasks:

• Working closely with respective business functions to understand and document business processes
• Good knowledge in MS Visio and Microsoft Office suite for design, analysis and reporting purpose
• Design new processes for the organization and contributing towards solving process-related challenges that the organization may encounter.
• Map out any existing process in the organization and design new ones towards improving business process.
• Define process documentation standards & guidelines and ensure teams adherence to the same
• Analyze information, collecting data, researching processes, and holding meetings
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to standardize and improve processes
• Oversee process documentation, perform quality review of work completed and ensure adherence to process guidelines
• Training personnel on business processes
• Process audit and compliance

3-6 yrs experience

Location: Chennai

Key competencies:

Candidate must have US healthcare experience especially in claims application as business analyst or consultant Overall minimum experience of 4 years and atlest 50% of their experience should be from US healthcare.

Should have knowledge/worked in at least two of these claim types of claim

medical hospital Pharmacy Dental Vision Blue card/ITS FEP etc

¢ Should have knowledge in claim submission methods

Paper/Electronic and direct/clearing house

¢ Sound knowledge of current US federal and state laws with regards to healthcare governance and policies

¢ Should have the fundamentals of requirement gathering elicitation documenting and transition over to internal and external stakeholders

¢ Should have experience in writing functional specification documents/BRD

¢ Should have ability to participate in solving complex business problems and exposed to complete software development life cycle

¢ Should have sound knowledge in claims testing end to end work under minimal supervision and take complete ownership of delivery
