EXP – 6- 9 years of IT experience of which minimum of 3+ years as Business Analyst/Presales Consultant
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS :
Designation : IT – Presales
– The IT pre-sales will provide support for sales activities and bid teams.
– This is an individual who will be working, architecting business solutions, writing solution proposals, solution overviews and value propositions, translating these into offerings for delivery.
Experience Required :
– Candidates should have 6+ years of IT experience of which a minimum of 3+ years as Business Analyst/Presales Consultant and will be responsible for Creating, Analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications.
– Candidates should have exposure to direct client communication and must possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
Day to day Responsibilities :
– To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
– To advise on bid/no-bid decisions based on technical and commercial considerations
– To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
– Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
– To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies
– To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
– To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
– Represent the company very professionally and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit
Additional Skills :
– Hands-on Wireframes /Workflow design tools.
– Technically skilled with a customer-focused mind and excellent communication skills
– Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations.
– Ability to work independently and to be proactive
– Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
– Willingness to travel within a wide geographical area for client meetings
Preferred (BIG PLUS) : Working experience in Loyalty, Marketing services or marketing automation domain will be an added advantage.
GENERAL : IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
