Experience and Core Responsibilities
SCRUM MASTER cum Business Analyst should have minimum 5+ Yrs of overall experience.
- Should and must have complete Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings in the AGILE/SCRUM Setup.
- Should Possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
- Should be able to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.
- Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
- Support Product Owners and offshore team with their functional queries and working with Senior management on special projects to build requirements.
- Quickly absorb and understand domain knowledge.
- Document the project operations
- Train for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business
- Take main BA role in big/complex projects
- Do other tasks requested by Project Manager or Senior Management
Must have
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Information management system or Business administration
- At least 4 years of business analysis related experience in software development projects
- At least 2 years of working experience in Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Strong communications, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Use of English proficiency (Read and understand specialized documents)
- Excellent knowledge at software engineering and SDLC
- Strong at the tools, techniques, processes required to capture requirements at generic and detailed levels e.g. JIRA
- Good business process modeling skill
- Ability to write documents
- Able to perform check (test) the business requirements
- Good at problem solving and consulting
- Teamwork skill
