Roles and Responsibilities
1) Work closely with colleagues within as well as external to the practice, collect relevant information
2) Resolve service provider evaluations.
3) Development of reports
4) Supports in gathering, structuring and storage of relevant subject area information
5) Help to structure agenda for subject area of team focus. Includes:
– Suggesting processes for filling any data or analysis gaps
– Help team manage deadlines
– Assist with problem structuring
6) Ensure quality of products

1) Strong problem solving skills and analytical capability
2) Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail
3) Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines
4) Self-motivated and able to prioritize and work independently
5) Ability to interact and effectively work with others in a team environment
6) Comfort with ambiguity of entrepreneurial environment
7) Strong organization skills
8) Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Preferably, experience in developing detailed
12) Comfortable with MS PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
13) Solid business judgment, professional in appearance
Preferablu from Insurance/TPA background.
