- Preparing & Analyzing various type of data relating to Sales, Field Working, Call Averages, etc. Compilation & Analyzing Secondary Sales Data
- Working on database & maintaining MIS on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Preparing various MIS and analytical reports for review meetings and cycle meetings.
- Calculating & Clearing Monthly Incentives of Field force. Calculating & Clearing Brand wise Incentives of Field force
- Analyzing Monthly Incentive in details & forwarding report to HOD
- Preparing Incentive Ready Reckon for Divisional Heads.
- Annual Budget Activity & Preparing Field Targets on various level e.g. H.Q wise, Area wise, Region wise, Zone wise etc.
- Preparing monthly Coverage Report, Activity Report of Field Force & other Management required Reports
- Maintaining Filings & Records including Weekly Report, Activity Reports, Tour Programme
- Liaising with field team for information on activities- Dispatches, Status/progress of their request & expense re-imbursements.
- Candidate must have understanding of operational process, logical thinking.
- Ability to work on any data that has been provided and generate various types of reports/ad-hoc reports.
