Strong communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues across multiple regions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple forecast models simultaneously.
Strong quantitative modeling skills, including comfort developing in Python and interacting with databases.
2+ years of experience doing index rebalance analysis at investment bank, buy-side team, or index provider.
In-depth knowledge of major indices such as MSCI, FTSE, Russell, S&P, Nasdaq, TOPIX, etc.
