Qualifications: B.Tech/MBA (Preferably both), MCA

Work Experience: 2-7 Years

Job Role:

Studying the business processes and adapting systems to business requirements using Technology to give competitive edge to Company in terms of revenue, efficiency, customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• A good understanding of the consumer facing technology landscape/ auto trends, e-commerce platforms
• To improve the existing business processes and suggest the same to the development team
• Work very closely with sales, marketing & network department, after-sales service, and IT Teams to build/enhance & implement technology products
• Working with multiple technology teams for defining the interface touchpoints for DMS system
• Good Knowledge of Systems & Processes
