Responsibility:

• Engage with customer in understanding their business processes, Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design
• Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a Plan of automation strategy.
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
• Creating the – BRD (Business requirement Document), PDD (Process Description Document), and URS (User Requirement Document) in detail.
• Assist the team by providing insights from the documentations.
• Assist to RPA /automation stakeholders and other team members during project delivery

Skills:

• Overall experience of 6 to 8 years with 2 years of experience in Business analysis, 2 years of experience in Automation
• Knowledge of automation technologies RPA [UI Path or Automation Anywhere], Chatbot, Intelligent automation
• Basic Knowledge of information technology systems, Understanding of networks, databases and other technology
• Knowledge of health care and Lifesciences
• Knowledge of Automation Hub is advantageous
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
