Recruiting Criteria
- Educational Requirements: Bachelors in any discipline
- Experience: considerable experience in Analytics/ data analysis
- Technical Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Office and Power BI
- 1-2 years experience in handling Power BI / Dashboards creation
- 1-2 years SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Contract length: 12 months (renewable upon extension)
- Work from Home
- Laptop to be provided by client
- Master Data Management for Image Recognition IT service
- Confirm SKUs/CSKUs/PSKUs are maintained properly on Image Recognition Master data and source systems (FPC/EANs/SUs etc)
- Ensure right Store list Captured
- Maintain Data Structure for Power BI
- Testing & Ongoing Support
- ITAS Responsibilities
- Share the needed file with Distributor and ensure sending on timely manner
- Quality check on output from ITAS Files
- Monthly & Quarterly Factbook Maintenance. (In excel)
- Distribution, Sales Fundamentals, Money Chart
- Carrefour Shares file update by country
- Connect with categories to update Corporate IMP excel file
- Readiness trackers checks & weekly update
- Fact Sheets and POs Issuance (Sales & Customization) + Actual Claims Tracking + Verification (monthly / quarterly) in excel
- Factsheets issuance
- POs issuance for Customisation
- Follow up to reconcile post activity end and update tracker.
- Weekly conversion of Jordan CFR ex-D raw file from old format to new format.
