Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Primary responsibility:
1. Working closely to Services and support teams to understand critical requirements and guide them through design and set up phase
2. Work internally with PROD OPS team members to set up env for customers and orchestrate customer flows and stay ahead of the curve
3. Find gaps and work with R&D to draw up a plan to tackle the same
4. Work with R&D in issue prioritization based on customer criticality
5. Work with MAPA team to plug in new scenarios in Simulated set up
6. Execute flows every code drop and monitor & report issues before it reaches customer
7. Provide Go-live support
8. Front end customer outages/degradation scenarios for these customers
