Roles and Responsibilities
1. Understanding & evaluating collection process flow and suggesting constant improvements
2. Manage and follow-up with team managers on collection parameters viz. penalty, EMI, NPA, dealers, etc.
3. Prepare collection process MIS for Management review (daily/weekly/monthly)
4. Review, analyze, share insights and evaluate collection data flow and tracking solvency
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Data Analyst.
