Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Instrumentation for Automotive vehicle NVH testing from transmission and driveline aspect
Prototyping NVH testing and suggest Measures to reduce NVH annoyances
Measurement of Noise and vibration of clutch, transmission, gear shifting and driveline
Basic analysis of Noise and vibration signals
Knowledge about Gear Rattle and Hear Whine
Transmission NVH needs achievement through Test refinements
Support to achieve NVH target setting for Transmission
Benchmarking and NVH target setting for New Transmission programs
NVH Test data Acquisition and Post processing
General Requirements
Basics of NVH
NVH Instrumentation and testing knowledge
NVH test equipment knowledge
Basics of DSP from NVH perspective NVH Knowledge and test Development
Skill sets to use of Test Lab, Rotec for NVH analysis
Knowledge about Modal analysis, Point mobility and SQ,torsional
co-ordinating with design team for smooth implementation
NVH testing Knowledge
NVH basic Knowledge
Driveline and transmission NVH knowledge
