• KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Performing detailed operational analysis, sales and procurement funnel analysis, and performing efficiency improvement measures with daily tracking of sales and procurement funnel.

• MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Analyze various data, establish trends and provide insights on metrics and project outcomes
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users/ business analysts to define technical and process requirements and build a solution
• Derive insights from data analytics and provide actionable recommendations to improve and streamline business processes
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• You will pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance.
• You will execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
