To be successful in this role you will have a degree qualification in Accounting, preferably CA/CPA/ MBA (Finance) with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience.

Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is essential, with a background in Financial accounting, reporting, ledger, consolidation and financial instruments.Project management experience in transformation initiatives which includes analysis, solutioning, requirement gathering, implementation, problem solving skills, investigate issues and carry out root cause analysis.

You ll have strong communication skills as the role will involve interaction at various levels and engaging senior stakeholders. You ll have the ability and self-confidence to work independently and you ll also bring strong MS Office skills; particularly Excel.Knowledge and certification on Power BI, Alteryx, DataIKU, VBA (Macro building) will be an added advantage.
