Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• PROJECT OWNERSHIP: own and deliver secondary research and data analysis [CI gathering 60%, insight generation 20%, solution building 10%, analysis of data from primary research 10%], meet timelines, manage project risk; ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting project requirements and through regular communication with team and client.
• REVIEW AND QC: review work done by self and Business Analysts; produce high quality, client-ready deliverables with appropriate planning and prioritization of multiple projects; actively contribute through insightful analysis and synthesis of qualitative/quantitative data
• TEAM MENTORSHIP: drive team members to acquire new skills and support them in delivering increasingly superior quality work
• COLLABORATION: assist the team/ supervisor with specific expertise when required. On a need basis, support BD/sales team with subject matter expertise and help build proposals, etc.

Qualifications

MANDATORY

• Understanding of global pharmaceuticals/bio-pharma space and the industrys challenges
• Experience of working in at least two therapy areas (Dermatology, Reproduction and Maternal Health, Fertility, Rare Diseases, etc.)
• Ability to carry out research and in-depth analysis (qualitative/quantitative) to arrive at strategic insights
• Familiarity with databases (clinicaltrials.gov, IMS sales data) and financial data

GOOD-TO-HAVE

• Understanding of the US and European market access and pricing environment for prescription drugs
• Cross-cultural experience of working with US-based/European customers/ onsite teams
• Experience collaborating with large teams
• High level of proficiency in using MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
