Job Summary:

• The Associate Analyst – Collateral Production is responsible for lifecycle management of collateral items.
• Works with team to leverage enterprise capabilities in setting up Fixtures / signages to facilitate reset project execution and item replenishment.
• This role manages collateral item onboarding execution, troubleshooting/error resolution, and maintains awareness of all business activities, such as product line review portfolios, to drive a consistent level of business readiness.
• This role will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to all Lowes internal stakeholders, and will be held accountable to exceptional customer service ratings.

Core Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for Non Retail item Setup and Maintenance for lifecycle management pertaining to one of the Business Areas
• Partners with SSC – B (Bangalore) and SSC – M (Mooresville, US) teams
• Support Analysts with ISV reporting, Collateral tracking and PO creation
• Assists with troubleshooting
• Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business processes
• Owns the communication and progress updates on Non Retail Item assignment and activation tasks, and provide best internal experience
• Partners with the right teams for any issues needing resolution
• Responsible for initial and ongoing data quality for Non Retail Items throughout the Lowe s catalog
