Job Summary:

Deliver execution to support operations, review quality within the stores. In addition, perform data extraction for reporting within prescribed timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pulling data related to specific metrics utilized for weekly reporting, dashboards and scorecards and monthly photo audits

• Build the data file for all necessary metrics and save according to the assigned naming convention

• Execute data pulls to be leveraged for photo audits within prescribed timelines with expected level of quality

• Leverage data and findings from photo audits to create, with minimal guidance, postmortem photo audit storyboards

• Perform execution for Reset & Service readiness within the stores

• Seamless interaction and work closely with other associates

• Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals

Primary Skills (must have)

• Strong communication skills – ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally
