RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create & maintain routine reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) used for reviewing the business internally and with our Board/investors.
• Work cross functionally to deliver impactful analyses that catalyze business improvements where we need them the most.
• Proactively seek out ways to improve the business, always leveraging data to do so.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our data architecture such that you are taking full advantage of the tools at your disposal.
• Collaborate with tech team on any needed additions/changes to our data models.
• Write custom SQL queries to facilitate certain analyses.
• Manage usage/administration of our BI tool (Tableau), ensuring we always have the data we need.

• Have experience in a highly analytical role at an early stage startup or in roles such as private equity, management consulting, data analytics, etc.
• Analytically savvy with the ability to work on a diverse scope of problems.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Looker/Tableau or other relational database and programming language.
• Entrepreneurial mindset willing to try and come up with creative solutions to challenging problems.
• Ability to be a strategic big picture thinker while maintaining willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.
