Job Location: New Delhi
Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand business needs in order to effectively gather and document business requirements
- Evaluates requirements against existing business and system processes
- Data collection collation from various national and international sources for AgriExchange Portal as well as daily newsletter.
- Creates models to identify, validate, document and communicate business requirements and organize them into a comprehensive and understandable to-be state to ensure that the client understands both the requirements and the results of changes to the system(s)
- Publishes, distributes and ensures sign-off of business requirements
- Communicates technical issues to non-technical users/clients or Controls all changes through a formalized change request process, assessing the impact of requirement changes, and updating requirements appropriately
- Works with the Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure that that test plans, test scripts and test conditions are based on the business and system requirements
- Works with Customer Support, Training and Documentation teams to confirm that documentation reflects how the software functions
- Develop requirements specifications such as Business Requirements Document, SRS, FRS, use cases, wire-frames UI side, process flows according to standard templates
- Will interact with business users and managers and all levels of IT.
- Serve as the conduit between the users, software development and the QA team through which requirements flow
- Team player, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Communication / Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Having good soft skills for interacting and collabarating with client
