Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Customer Via chat/calls and solving queries, register complaints.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in written and oral. (English)
- Complete understanding of the product and process.
- Ability to provide end to end resolution
- Responsible for customer interaction, including liaising with other team members for resolution and follow ups
- Deliver targeted results measured by customer satisfaction, end to end process effectiveness, efficiency and quality
- Prior experience shall be preferred.
- Willing to work in 24/7 environment
- Should have own Laptop/Desktop with Good Internet connectivity for working from home.
