Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
- The Senior Data Analyst, National and International Recruitment (NIR) analyzes and maintains systems and databases to facilitate requests for proposal needs (RFPs) for prospective network development and existing network management as well as develops and maintains recruitment dashboards.
Data Analysis
- Synthesizes information from large-scale databases and presents results in a meaningful manner in accordance with specific requirements
- Analyzes data and identifies areas of opportunity and strength and makes recommendations based on internal and market data
- Identifies data trends and accurately reports on areas of strength and opportunity
- Organizes and analyses data by utilizing various databases in order to comply with requests for proposal or requests for information specifications (RFPs)
- Develops and completes recruitment and administrative dashboards, analyzes Metrics/KPIs and looks for ways to further expand and improve reporting
- Develops reports from scratch that serve to meet ongoing business needs
- Provides highly accurate and thorough responses
- Responds to ad hoc requests and completes special projects as needed
- Monitors database information to proactively identify requirements for updating key documentation
- Administrative tasks as relevant to RFP initiatives
Data Integrity Analysis and Administration
- Defines, documents and implements consistent standards and procedures relating to RFPs and Recruitment and Administration Metrics reporting
- Collects and archives key documents for the Provider network as required
- Locates and corrects data entry errors and participates in Quality Management
- Facilitates information via fax, phone and email with Provider network and Regional Managers
- Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders based on dedicated needs
- Coordinates data collection, maintenance and management of Provider network
- Other duties as required
