Responsibilities

• Ability to write Transformations using SQL & any ETL tool (SSIS, Informatica, Data connect)
• Well versed and have worked independently on complete Data Testing with minimal support
• Support ongoing clients related to any prod data fixes/Data reports/ Extracts.
• Lead alongside Manager or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of processes
• Able to Lead, implement new solutions and test the impact on workflow, new procedures, and controls
• Conduct Peer Reviews, Execute & Manage the assigned tasks {analysis and production}
• Demonstrate complete ETL process ownership
• Initiate & conceptualize to implement ideas of process automation
• Lead status & requirement/ mapping clarification calls
• Update/Develop/Build Process Maps/Flowcharts
• Work with functional manager to build the roadmapesource alignment etc., imparting the knowledge to broader groups in India.
• Ensure plan execution, successful pilot deliver, knowledge acquisition.
• Grooming mapping documents, Liaise with requirement lead on Data deliveries, Work with Project Manager on status update and target dates.
• Bringing risk on surface and work on mitigation plans.

Qualifications and Skill

• 6-8 years experience in ETL Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of RDBMS, ETL Concepts, Strategy, Design & Architecting, ETL Tool (SSIS/Data Connect/Informatica), Development & Testing.
• Sound knowledge of Data conversion and ongoing support process.
• Extensive experience working with complex and optimized SQL Queries
• Strong Logical and Analytical Reasoning Skills, Excellent Communication with good Listening, Presentation, and Intrapersonal Skills.
• Strong Team building and mentoring skills and excellent Team leadership capability.
• Have a broad IT outlook and be eager to learn new things.
• Be attentive to details, be diligent, responsible, and persistent
• Have a critical mindset aimed to find solutions.
