Job Location: Delhi / NCR
Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in backend profile with health & welfare /pension domain with good experience in ms excel:
- Responsible for data files from multitude clients
- Track customer enrollments and deliver data to insurance carriers
- Support Customer Care Specialists
- Assist with Tier 2 customer requests
- Conduct business testing as required and take part in special projects
- Participate in continuous process improvement incentives
- Take on ad-hoc assignments
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Health Benefits
- Aptitude in the use of current technology tools
- Good command of MS Office applications Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player with strong work ethics and able to multi-task on competing priorities
