Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
Develop models that help with decision-making
Develop and maintain reporting and analytical frameworks to support traditional reporting cycles as well as ad hoc requests
Provide actionable data-driven recommendations to stakeholders’ business questions
Analyze data and share insights on trends by drilling down into various dimensions
Investigate data quality issues reported by business analysts and finds solutions/fixes
Automate routine reporting to dashboards with advanced filtering and deep dive capabilities
Push for continuous improvement to existing processes and look for ways to continue to evolve reporting as the company/business evolves.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
Attention to accuracy and detail required
Strong analytical acumen with structured problem solving skills
