Roles and Responsibilities
Experience:
- Proven experience in development of the Microsoft Azure Analysis Services semantic layer and Microsoft Power BI reports and Dashboards
- Minimum 5 year of experience with data warehousing, SQL and ETL development • Preferable
of 2 years working as a Business Intelligence (BI) developer with 2 years in Azure Analysis
Service and Microsoft Power BI
Competencies: (Behavioral / Technical)
Key Attributes:
• Experience with designing and developing Microsoft Analysis Services tabular model cubes
• Strong experience with SQL and Dimensional Modeling
• Hands on Experience with Informatica, ODI and Azure data factory
• Experience with Self Service BI Models and data validation and testing with end user
• Experience with developing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Experience in using Visual Studio Data Tools (SSDT)
• Proficiency in writing optimized DAX expressions
• Experience with different relational databases such as Microsoft Synapse Oracle, SQL Server
etc.
• Knowledge on scripting specially in Python/Pyspark for data ingestion purpose Soft skills:
