Job description –
Primary skill is FI, plus BA with agile methodology knowledge
· Collaborate with business units, IT teams to work on the insurance finance applications
· Involve in data analysis, insurance accounting tasks, financial closing & production support,
reconciliations, process definitions and optimizations etc.
· Support and participation in requirement gathering, solution design, process designing, process re-engineering etc.
· Provide effective, value added and sustainable solutions

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor / Master Degree preferably in Engineering / Finance
- At least 3-6 years of professional experience
- Experience in Business Analysis/Business Consulting/SAP FICO Functional domain
- Knowledge in financial/insurance accounting
- Expertise in data analysis, data quality checks, data reconciliation
- Experience in SAP FICO Functional domain – Implementation projects, Agile Projects
- SAP FiCO configurations/customizations, master data management, table maintenance etc.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Test case/Test Script preparation
- Good understanding of Insurance accounting processes and related systems
- Stakeholder Management and Customer Facing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Very high analytical and conceptual skills
- IT awareness and process life cycle knowledge
- Independent and self-starter. High level of perseverance
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
